Toby is an excellent educator. He is highly enthusiastic. This energy spreads to not just the other staff members, but the students as well. This positive attitude served him well teaching classes for Jr. TOEFL prep, as well as, preparation classes for the TOEFL test. Many instructors struggle to make these courses engaging for the students, but Toby was able to easily.
